Jessica grew up in a Christian family but left Christianity behind in college. When Jessica's friend died in a traffic accident she felt the need to find answers about the afterlife. Jessica sought help from a medium who told her that she could help Jessica communicate with her dead friend. The feeling of love that Jessica experienced when interacting with the spirit guides made her believe that this must be God's presence. Jessica decided to pursue spirituality fully and started teaching yoga, reiki and practicing meditation. Many years later Jessica chose to leave spirituality behind, at that time she ended up having a spiritual encounter that terrified her.
